As Kojo prepares to graduate from Monroe Community College hospitality program, he applauded the Rochester seeds swap and the personalized Ellwanger elopements. During his short time at the Ellwanger Estate Bed and Breakfast, he has learned everything from culinary skills, preparation, serving, bed making 101, silver polishing, planting a garden, button sewing, furniture restoration, and attending Visit Rochester meetings.
