The wedding was held on the beautiful veranda, which was absolutely perfect. Rosemary took care of all the details – flowers for the bride, rooms, delicious breakfasts, the cake, and she even accommodated our 2 gluten free guests with gluten free cupcakes. Elopement Itinerary: 12:00 p.m.  Monday – Thursday.

*Friday, Saturday, and Sundays require full house rental~ 5 rooms from Friday-Monday. Your choice of Ceremony time and location: either Veranda or Great Room.

1) The “WOW” (Wedding on Wednesday) Intimate Elopement with 12 of your nearest & dearest

• TWO Hour celebration, Wednesday at noon
• Ellwanger Estate Consultant and Planner
• A custom ceremony performed by non-denominational ordained Officiant. Should you prefer, you may arrange to have your own wedding officiant or minister preside over your ceremony at no additional charge
• Professional Photography, 2 hours with Keith Bullis
• Ceremony Location either on the 1) Veranda with Elegant Ellwanger Decor: framed veranda arbor, chandelier and uplighting with wall sconces, seating with floor length ivory chair covers, and high top tables, or 2) in front of the fireplace in the Great Room
• Boutique Wedding cake or cupcakes with floral decorations, cake cutting service
• Custom Fresh Florals: Bridal Bouquet(s) and Boutonniere(s),
• Bottle of Sparkling Cider. You may bring your own alcoholic beverage (wine and/or Champagne) and we will chill it for you.
• Music of your choice with IPod sound system.
• TWO romantic nights in one of our Luxury Suites for the newlyweds (Tues/Wed or Wed/Thursday), chocolate dipped strawberries, and a fresh flower arrangement.

Package includes wedding couple, up to 12 additional attendees. Couple to provide valid New York State Marriage License.

• Add up to 10 (TEN) additional nearest & dearest guests (for max of 22 guests) ~$280
• Add 1 hour (for a total 3 hour celebration), Professional Photography to capture your memories, 3 hand passed hors d’oeuvres, and tea & coffee service: starting at $999-$1,399
• Rehearsal- 30 min, max 8 people~ $175
• Photography  by Keith Bullis~$350/hour. If you chose to contract with any other photographer, the service fee is an additional $150
• ELOPACATION- Stay the week (5-7 days) and make it a destination wedding elopement and honeymoon all in one!  Add $990                

2) Tie the Knot with 12 of your nearest & dearest

• TWO Hour celebration, Monday-Thursday at 12 PM
• Ellwanger Estate Consultant and Planner
• A custom ceremony performed by non-denominational ordained Officiant. Should you prefer, you may arrange to have your own wedding officiant or minister preside over your ceremony at no additional charge
• Ceremony Location either on the 1) Veranda with Elegant Ellwanger Decor: framed veranda arbor, chandelier and uplighting with wall sconces, seating with floor length ivory chair covers, or 2) in front of the fireplace in the Great Room
• Boutique Wedding cake or cupcakes with floral decorations
• Custom Fresh Florals: Bridal Bouquet(s) and Boutonniere(s),

• One Hour celebration, Monday-Thursday at 12 PM for the wedding couple and 2 BF witnesses

• Ceremony Location either on the 1) Veranda with Elegant Ellwanger Decor: framed veranda arbor, chandelier and uplighting with wall sconces, or 2) in front of the fireplace in the Great Room
• Boutique Wedding cake or cupcakes with floral decorations
• Custom Fresh Florals: Bridal Bouquet(s) and Boutonniere(s),
• Bottle of Sparkling Cider. You may bring your own alcoholic beverage (wine and/or Champagne) and we will chill it for you.
• Music of your choice with IPod sound system.

Photos Location ONLY:        $275/hour

Use of 3.5 acres, One hour, parking on site for 4 cars max, wedding party max 16, no heels indoors. If you are having an Ellwanger Estate Wedding Elopement, the photo fee is included in your package (this does not include your photographer).

*Please Note: The Landmark Society’s “Ellwanger Garden” is contracted separately with the Landmark. If you choose this option through the Landmark Society, you have no access to the Ellwanger mansion, rest rooms, and have limited parking on site.
